The autumn equinox marks the transition from summer into fall, when daylight and darkness move toward balance.
During this special Minneapolis breathwork and soundbath session, LuLu will guide participants through a calming, hypnotic breath practice, accompanied by a backdrop of relaxing, soul-soothing sound.
The experience will explore the energies associated with the Autumn Equinox, which occurs on September 22, including the ideas of duality, balance, and unity.
Participants will be invited to consider how seemingly opposing forces within themselves can coexist and ultimately move toward greater harmony and peace.

The Breathwork Soundbath will be held in the Riverview Room of the River Hub building at Graco Park, near Boom Island in Northeast Minneapolis.
