Music Under Glass at Como Park Zoo and Conservatory 🎵

A Free Winter Concert Series You’ll Love

Winter in the Twin Cities doesn’t have to mean staying home. One of the most unique and relaxing free events of the season is Music Under Glass, held inside the beautiful Como Park Zoo and Conservatory.

This popular winter concert series combines live local music with the warm, tropical setting of the Conservatory’s Sunken Garden. Think palm trees, flowers in bloom, and great music while snow piles up outside 🌸🌴.

Best of all, the concerts are completely FREE.

What Is Music Under Glass?

Music Under Glass is a winter music series that takes place on Sundays and Wednesdays throughout January and February. Concerts run from 4:30 to 6:30 PM, making it a perfect early-evening outing.

The Zoo closes at 4:00 PM, but the Conservatory stays open so guests can enjoy the music inside the Sunken Garden. Seating inside the garden is limited, but the music is simulcast into nearby Conservatory spaces so everyone can enjoy the show.

Beer and wine are available for purchase during the concerts.
