Feeling the need to get out and experience the world, but don’t really want to leave the comfort of your own neighborhood? Look no further than the Minneapolis Greek Festival, A Taste of Greece! This three day festival, hosted by St. Mary’s Greek Orthodox Church, will allow you the opportunity to experience authentic Greek food, live music and cultural experiences.
The festival will be beginning on Friday, September 11th and will run through Sunday, September 13th. Admission is free, and food and beverage tickets will be available for just $1.00 onsite. Talk about a cheap weekend get away!

But the Greek Festival is more than just about food, there are also a variety of fun activities and events planned. You’ll be able to enjoy live music and performances, take Greek dance lessons, watch food demonstrations, and shop in an authentic Greek boutique.
