MN Women in Networking (WIN) has been uniting Twin Cities women in business in the spirit of collaboration and support for eleven years. WIN offers monthly networking events and brainstorming sessions, open houses and a yearly conference. At these events members and guests make meaningful business connections, learn new ways to succeed, and leave energized to take on the work ahead.

Although WIN’s membership includes a varied cross-section of businesswomen, most WIN members are key decision-makers and have autonomy within their companies. Many are small business owners or entrepreneurs who do the majority of their work alone. For these women or any woman who is seeking support to help grow her career, WIN provides a built-in network of “colleagues” that genuinely care about their success, far beyond making that initial connection and just exchanging business cards.

WIN’s annual Destined to WIN Conference on February 28th provides an exceptional opportunity to connect with professional women while adding new skills to your professional toolbox. This day-long event’s unique format allows attendees to customize their experience, choosing from several unique breakout sessions featuring some of WIN’s most highly-requested presenters and topics. “It’s Our Time to Fly” keynote, expo tables, and a relaxing Oasis with spa services round out the day.
